Plans are afoot to build a multi-storey structure in Pretoria to house the Pretoria office as the current location is rented. We have correspondents in Mafikeng and have plans to grow a full-fledged office within the next couple of months. To this end Chueu Inc understands the volatility of the sector and hence we concentrate a lot of our energy to the finer aspects of the service that our clients have come to expect from us.
We are currently conducting feasibility studies on setting up office in Umtata, Eastern Cape Province and Durban in the KwaZulu-Natal Province. Our clients come from the following Provinces: Gauteng, Limpopo, North West, Free State, Northern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal provinces and regional countries including: Mozambique, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Swaziland. Most of our clients come through referrals from a relation/friend, community member or colleague we have done work for and others come through a response to our advertising on various media platforms.
Our attorneys are members of the following professional associations:
- The Black Lawyers Association
- The National Democratic Lawyers’ Association
- The Law Society of the Northern Provinces
- Lephalale Lawyers Association
- Polokwane Attorneys Association.
Empowerment, especially of young adults, is very important to us at Chueu Attorneys. For that reason, we sponsor the studies of 17 students at tertiary level in 2018 only.
We are also looking at a vacation programme for these students, so that we can prepare them for the working world. We have seen how many young people are ill-prepared for the world of work and they end up committing silly mistakes and not knowing how to behave in corporate South Africa. The programme is therefore meant to equip them, to enable them to deal with the issues associated with entry-level talent.
